Starting in 2010,the rapid development of science and technology,coupled with the unpredictable changes in the macro and micro economic situation at home and abroad,has made it difficult for companies to rely solely on ways to improve production efficiency to meet their own requirements for high quality and sustainable development.In the above historical context,with the successful application of lean production concepts in various fields,more and more enterprise managers regard it as one of the alternative ways of enterprise inclusive development.Lean production has gradually become an indispensable management choice in the development of enterprises,especially in manufacturing enterprises.In addition to the above historical background,there are also national behaviors that drive more and more business managers to choose lean production models.In order to cope with the increasingly fierce competition in manufacturing industry and the requirements of scientific management in the world,the country will raise the strategic goal of strengthening manufacturing to national behavior,and the landmark event that officially establishes such a national behavior is the 12th anniversary of Premier Li Keqiang in 2015.At the Third Meeting of the National People's Congress,"Made in China 2025" was proposed.After the "Made in China 2015" was proposed,the provinces and autonomous regions responded positively.This study takes Jiangsu as an example and makes a more in-depth study on the application of lean production in the motor industry.With DL motor company as the research object,this study combined with the characteristics of motor company,for the 5S management system of production management does not reach the designated position semi-finished products inventory high motor production process practical problems such as imbalance,the first step in using the method of model,bold innovation to introduce lean production mode,DL motor value stream analysis and applied to the current mode of production to improve their production processes,and standardize the production management system in the second step using PDCA cycle management model,through single minute exchange of die(SMED)to achieve the purpose of elimination of semi-finished products inventory The third step is to adopt the single piece flow to carry out the production process reform,to supervise the production process at any time,to achieve the goal of production process balance,and then to achieve the effect of dynamic cost control.The fourth step,on the combination of the above three cases,the trial on this enterprise T70 projects in T70 project in the implementation of specific application,before the implementation of lean production mode production hours for 394.6 hours,after working hours for 347.9 hours,more standardized production management system under the lean value stream accounting system,the product value stream down from 201.15 million yuan to 185.93 million yuan,products more accurate cost accounting system By calculating SPI=1,the deviation between benchmark cost and actual cost,and adjusting the accurate benchmark cost,it is concluded that the implementation of lean production optimization.
