In recent years, more and more young highly educated employees joinedICBC. In such an environment of increasingly fierce competition amongbanks, the increasingly high demands for their work were required, and theirwork pressures were also increased.Under this background, this study tries to find the mainly work stressorsof young employees, and explores the relationship between job stress and jobattitudes. Meanwhile, two moderator variables including organizationalsupport and family care were introduced in this study, and regulation effectsmoderating between job stress and job attitudes were also explored.Based on the study of literatures,284young employees of a sub-branchin Shanghai branch of Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC)were targeted as study objects, and the questionnaires were also launched. Inthis article, SPSS17.0was used to test these data for statistic purpose including reliability and validity of questionnaires, T-test, ANOVA,correlation analysis and regression analysis. The main findings are:1. The main working stressors of young employees in M sub-branchwere addressed as follows: work-family conflict, work overload, and blockedcareer development.2. There were differences in various job stressors based on differentcontrol variables for young employees. Significant differences exited in workstress from work and family conflict for young employees with differenteducation, different positions and different duties. Meanwhile, significantdifferences also exited in work stress from blocked career development foryoung employees with different duties.3. A negative correlation was shown between most of the work stressorsand work attitude. In detail, a significant negative correlation was shownbetween job satisfaction and three work stressors including blocked careerdevelopments, role ambiguity and interpersonal tensions. On the other hand,a significant negative correlation was also found between job involvementand three work stressors including blocked career developments, roleambiguity and interpersonal tensions. Nevertheless, a positive correlation wasfound between job involvement and the other two work stressors includingwork overload and work-family conflict. 4. A significant positive correlation was shown between the moderatorvariables including organizational support and family care with jobsatisfaction and job involvement.5. The regulation effects of moderator variables between job stress andjob attitudes were found quite different in this study. In detail, the regulationeffects of organizational support moderating between job stress fromwork-family conflict and job satisfaction were confirmed in this study.Meanwhile, the regulation effects of organizational support moderatingbetween job stress from blocked career developments and job involvementwere confirmed. Besides, the enhancing effects of family care between jobstress from interpersonal tensions and job satisfaction were found. In addition,the enhancing effects of family care between job stress from work overloadand job involvement were also found. At last, the regulation effects of familycare moderating between job stress from blocked career developments andjob involvement were also confirmed.
