The Resaerch On Small Medium Scale Enterprises Finaning Based On The Shadow Banking Perspective

This thesis analyzed shadow banking system and why it can promote thefinancing of medium and small-scale enterprises.The financing issue of theenterprises is studied from the perspective of shadow banking system. Andthe solutions is given：enhancing the regulation on banks, overcoming thedifficulty of their financing.Five parts constitute the full thesis. The background of choosing thetopic、the relative research、the contents and structure arrangement of thepaper are introduced in the first part. The second part presents the definitionof the shadow bank, and discusses the main elements influencing theseenterprises financing. After this part the thesis introduce the pattern of theshadow banking system in China and analyzes positive and negativeinfluences of the shadow banking system upon the small and medium-scaleenterprises. Basing on four different real cases, the fourth part, makes an analysis of the form of financing from shadow banking system and its mainproblems. The results of the research are summarized at the end of thechapter.
