Recent years, the competition among enterprises becomes more and more heated. To acertain extent, the competition between enterprises is the competition between supplychains, but with the increase in emergencies, the supply chain is becoming increasinglyfragile and causing huge losses to the enterprise, in this context emerged elastic concept ofsupply chain. In the face of unexpected events, elasticity of the supply chain emphasize thissituation, which unexpected events give businesses the risk of failure of the supply chain,then by taking appropriate measures to enhance the resilience of the supply chain andenable them to reach normal operating state. This matter is significance for theoreticalresearch and practical application of the supply chain.Firstly, according to the occur time of supply chain disruptions, the strategies ofelasticity of supply chain were divided into pre-prevention strategies and remedialstrategies in both cases. Then a mathematical model was analyzed separately for these twocases.This paper determines critical supply chain network nodes and the critical path foradvance prevention strategies. This mathematical model is based on a cascade effect andside betweenness. For the remedial strategies, this paper considers the case of supply chaindisruptions resulting in the failure of the supply chain, in this section, considering the costoptimizing mathematical dynamic model based on the math distribution of time andparameters. Then this model is combined with the use of simulation software Arena tosimulate, through simulation, this paper presents four remedial strategies: transportingemergency inventory, improving distributor inventories, improving customer loyalty andshorting the duration of the event of failure. Lastly, this paper introduces an actual case anduses Arena simulation software for these remedial strategies. Through analysingquantitatively, this paper objectively and scientifically proved resilient to enhance theeffectiveness of these strategies, at the same time, this paper provides a new thinking andnew methods for the company’s supply chain resiliency.
