With the development of regional economy,industrial cluster has gradually become the industrial development model of regional and resource sharing economy for many countries,and it is an important way to industrial development and upgrade.Cluster supply chain is a complex supply chain network system which is formed by the coupling of industrial cluster and supply chain.Cluster supply chain configuration is from the perspective of global optimization of supply chain system,aimed at specific customer order requirement,and determines which cluster single chain and supply chain node choose which suppliers to form a cluster supply chain to complete customer order by collaboration,besides,the order allocation and procurement strategy is determined and the node service time and inventory control parameters is optimized.In order to ensure some of the completion of the order indicators(such as the maximum profit,the lowest cost or the shortest time)to achieve the best.With the increasing customer demand for diversified and personalized products,the uncertainty of customer demand is more prominent,and the high frequency changes.The supply capacity of cluster enterprise is increasingly restricted by production capacity for many industrial clusters.Therefore,it is very important to take into account the uncertain demand and the capacity constraint of the enterprise when study the cluster supply chain configuration problems.Based on the operation mode of manufacturing industrial cluster enterprises,under uncertain demand and multi-period configuration,this paper studies multi-stage cross-chain cooperation cluster supply chain optimization configuration methods considering capacity constraints and multi-sourcing strategy.The main work is as follows.Firstly,combined with the problems existing in the production operation of cluster,this thesis analyszes the problem,mechanism and methold of the research from domestic and foreign research status of supply chain configuration,cluster supply chain configuration and multidisciplinary design optimization methods in supply chain management.Meanwhile,the theoretical value and practical value of the research are explained.Secondly,based on the analysis of the operation mode of cluster supply chain with capacity constraints,a configurable problem model is established under the corresponding configuration strategy.Under considering capacity constraints,demand following normal distribution and non peer cross-chain cooperation,based on the guaranteed service model,we establish the respective profit maximization configurable model for the procurement,assembly and distribution stages of multi-stage assembly cluster supply chain with distributed decision making.Once again,the ATC method for the optimization of large scale systems with hierarchical distributed decision making is used to solve the problem of cluster supply chain configuration.The model of distributed independent decision subsystem is established,which includes the brand enterprise node,the manufacturer node and the supplier node.Each subsystem is solved by genetic algorithm and uses ATC unified coordination.Simultaneously,the instance of typical cluster assembly supply chain is used to solve the problem.The results show that ATC method can effectively support the independent decision-making needs of cluster enterprises,reduce the coupling of multi information interaction among enterprise decision,and effectively reduce the leakage of business decision-making privacy information.Lastly,under the variable demand(mean and variance),we analyze the changes of the profit and cost of the brand enterprises,the single chain and the whole cluster in the cluster supply chain.Meanwhile,the benefits of different collaboration strategies in cluster supply chain are compared and analyzed.Through sensibility analysis of dynamic demand,we derived some insights about cluster supply chain configuration.At the same time,in order to effectively apply the configuration theory to practice,a set of cluster supply chain configuration system platform is developed.
