Analysis On The Mechanism And Path Of Independent Intellectual Property Rights Lead To The Development

At present,the development of China’s strategic emerging industriesis still in theearly stages, because of the characteristic of the strategic emerging industry itself,under the influence of national policy and economic development situation, quite along period of time in the future, strategic emerging industry will have hugepromoting effect on the development of economy. For independent intellectualproperty rights, in today’s international economic competition, if someone have theindependent intellectual property rights, that means the one mastered the coretechnology, and can be in active status. Independent intellectual property rightsreflects the degree of independent innovation of a country, it also the importantmeasure of a national innovation ability. Strategic emerging industries are notdeveloped by using foreign capital and technology transfer, its innovative decidedthere is a only way that if we constant innovation, have more independentintellectual property rights, the industrycan have a fast development. For thesereasons, this paper will explain the relationship between the independent intellectualproperty rightsand strategic emerging industries, and discuss the way independentintellectual property rights can respect affect the industry, and how to implementthese effects.Firstly, this paper from the perspective of theory, summarize the connotationand characteristics of independent intellectual property rights and strategic emergingindustries, and then analyzethe source oftechnologicalinnovationbased on strategicemerging industries in the process, from the international competitive advantage,productivity and industrial trade structure, make the corresponding mechanismanalysis respectively. Then do dimensionless processing above these several factors,building a structural equation model (SEM), and explore the specific path to promotethe development of strategic emerging industries. We have to work out thecorresponding countermeasure, thus to increase investment in research anddevelopment, independent intellectual property rights of accumulation of coretechnology, through the promotion of strategic emerging international competitiveadvantage, productivity and industrial structure, promote the rapid and healthydevelopment of strategic emerging industries.
