And according to the characteristics of Chinese enterprises, it proposed matched independentinnovation mode of intellectual property rights, which can increase the intellectual property rights ofindependent innovation capability of Chinese enterprises so as to ensure the smooth development of theenterprise.In the context of China’s High-tech SMEs’ need for independent innovation of intellectual propertyrights, the article firstly reviewed the intellectual property innovation theory in order to be able to get thesignificance of the intellectual property rights’ independent innovation, and comment on the article’sinnovation and writing ideas. Secondly, it analyzed the target and characteristics high-tech SMEs’independent innovation of intellectual property rights, which lay the foundation for later study. On thispremise, the essay studied the necessity of the status quo of China’s High-tech SMEs. It focused on theresearch of achievements and problems of China’s High-tech SMEs’ independent innovation ofintellectual property rights and analyzed the reason for the problems. Then, it focused on the principles,influencing factors and match selection and selection method of high-tech SMEs’ independentinnovation mode selection of intellectual property rights. Next, it discussed the intellectual propertyrights’ independent innovation measures, mainly from three angles such as the dynamic mechanism, operation mechanism and security mechanism, which provides a feasible direction and path forindependent innovation model selection. Afterwards, the text drawn the independent innovation mode ofHan’s Laser’s intellectual property rights according to the Han’s Laser case studies based on the previouschapters.
