Futures Research Based On Inner Mongolia Electric

With the development of our state electric power market reforming, the powerindustry has become one of the most important pillar industry of our nationaleconomy. But only promote the spot market of electric power, it is not enough. Nowour country electric power market regulation gradually relaxed, so as to power grid,then the electricity price will change as the market supply and demand morefluctuations. Buyers and sellers will face greater risk. Therefore, the introduction ofelectricity futures as soon as possible, then establish the electric power futuresmarket has become a pressing problem.This article selects the Inner Mongolia electric power multilateral tradingmarket as the study, because the market is an independent of the state grid companyand southern grid company, the "experimental field" of the electricity market inChina, less subject to administrative intervention. As the only bidding conductelectricity trading market, after five years of development, there has been a verycomplete power spot trading. The work of this paper is on the basis of spot trading ofelectricity, to join the electricity futures trading. With the richer market trades, theelectricity market reform will promote effectively.In this paper, we take the theoretical analysis, discuss gradual deepening. Firstly,we conducted a brief introduction and conclusion to the existing multilateral market.Then, we pointed out the problems and risks of the trading market, leading thefutures studies mode to the necessity and feasibility, and carried out the analyticaland inductive. Then based on the earlier studies and multilateral market realities,design a set of futures trading scheme, including processes, models, contract design,and then concluded: A combination of futures and spot trading patterns is theprimary stage of the electricity futures market. Finally, along with analysis andcomparison, we discussed the prospects of Mongolia electricity futures market: Onlycombined with the reality situation of autonomous, based on the mature spot tradingand a combination of futures and spot trading patterns, gradually forming theelectricity futures market.
