The Research On The Operating Mode Of China's Electricity Trading Center

Power industry is closely related to national economic development,however,compared with other developed countries,China's power market system is far from perfect,and the development of power trading market is still relatively low,power trading mechanism is also immature;price formation mechanism which is linked with the market is not fully formed.An independent and public electricity trading mechanism is the essential component for establ ishing a competitive electricity market.Power generation enterprises,power grid,power users through functional trading platform to trade can make full use of market signal and give play to the role of market regulation better.This article systematically builds the operation system of the electric power trade center,this system not only provide a reliable guarantee for the effective and economical operation of electric power trade,but also provide related information for the government to formulate relevant environmental laws and regulations.In this paper,from the perspective of power trading center,According to the existing several kinds of typical trading institutions in abroad,summed up the four kinds of representative mode.The governance mode and the organization structure of the electric power center in the typical area are compared and analyzed.And then Research on the current situation of China's electric power trade center.Combination of foreign experience and the situation of our country,in the aspect of the trading mechanism and positioning,trading rules,organization and management,trading system maintenance to build the system of electricity trading center.This paper argues that China's electric power trading institutions should be a non-profit organization,with an independent membership.Apply Centralized matching transaction model to the Hunan and Hubei provinces electricity trading,to verify the rationality of this system.
