Study On The Strategic Plan Of China Integrated Circuit Industry

Integrated circuit is the strategic industry, it’s extremely important to the nation,the thesis hopes to make some suggestions on the development of China IC industry.Firstly, this thesis reviews the development history of the world integrated circuit,introduces the definition of integrated circuit and research production processes,comments on the important countries and regions around the world in semiconductorindustry and sums up several characteristics in the industry, for example, wideapplication, fast technology development, high economic profit, intensive intelligenceand capital, the prediction of IC industry trend in the world is also made. Secondly,this thesis focuses on the history and status of China IC industry, makes a detailedintroduction on several key development areas in China, respective advantages of theYangtze River Delta, the Pearl River Delta and the BoHai Rim area are then analyzed,from the aspects of technology, industry, education and finance, the weak points of ICindustry in China are also introduced. Finally, this thesis makes detailed analysis andevaluation on the status of IC industry in our country by using strategic managementmethods, it is concluded that several factors are affecting the further development ofthe integrated circuit industry in China, for example, weak technology, immaturemarket, narrow funding sources and so on, some ideas and suggestions on thedevelopment of IC industry in our country are also given.
