China's integrated circuit industry in the past 20 years in the rapid development of production and technology has laid a foundation. But compared with the advanced countries,China's industry in the whole industry chain is still in the low-end position, and the lack of initiative, leading to the trade structure is relatively unreasonable. In the global IC industry began to shift the background,China should seize the opportunity to actively participate in high-end industrial chain cooperation, and constantly optimize the integrated circuit trade structure.Based on the previous research, this paper makes a detailed calculation and analysis of the international competitiveness of China's IC industry from the trade structure by using the Trade Competitive Power Index-TC,Michaely competitive advantage index-MI and Revealed Comparative Advantages index-RCA.Secondly,with the help of the theory of international production capacity cooperation, the paper discusses the necessity and feasibility of the international production cooperation of China's IC industry. On this basis, the author finally put forward the relevant suggestions to optimize the upgrading of the IC industry trade structure: to enhance the core technical capacity;to strengthen intellectual property R & D and protection;accumulation of human resources;improve the financial support system;integration of industrial chain quality resources;focus on the development of equipment manufacturing industry;actively participate in international production capacity cooperation, ect. The author to this paper to improve China's IC industry-related policies and measures play a reference and reference role.
