Innovative Integrated Circuit Cluster Formation And Sufficient Conditions And Necessary Conditions For Study

In 1947, the emergence of the one-point transistor in the world marked a new era of microelectronics. Ever since the first chip was invented, IC (integrated circuit) has been a progress for 50 years. During half century's time, IC has been developing by leaps and bounds in terms of manufacturing process, technical level and market scale.China has become an important production base for middle and low-end IC throughout the globe, with its relatively stable market demand, lower range of industrial fluctuation and shorter period compared to those high-end markets. From 2000 to 2005, the IC market scale in China increased by 200%, far beyond 33% the globe rate. However, regional IC developments are not properly balanced, with eminent clustering effects of Yangtze River Delta, Pearl River Delta and Bohai Rim Area. Shanghai in specific, its IC industry occupied 30% to 50% proportion of the nation as a whole during 2003 to 2006. As an IC industry practitioner, I would like to talk about the formation of Shanghai IC clustering, focusing on the sufficient and necessary conditions of innovation clusters. Hopefully, my study could provide informative suggestions for the innovation, development and upgrading of Shanghai IC industrial clusters.After a literature review of relevant studies concerning industrial clusters, this paper will conduct a research on innovation, discussing the influences and limitations that several factors exert on industrial clusters such as technology, mechanism, organization, capital and institution. Afterwards, I would give a definition of innovation industrial clusters, describing its components and features with the help of Value Chain and Industry Ecology theory. Lastly, the paper shall provide a model for innovation industrial clusters and designate questionnaires accordingly. Through a survey relevant enterprise, we would conduct a quantitative analysis on what stage Shanghai IC industry is now in, and find out the bottleneck jeopardizing its development. Our purpose is to put forward politics and suggestions for industry upgrading. There are some innovations in this paper:Firstly, I researched the relationship between the suppliers, sales and relative departments. I also researched the condition and pattern between them. I think it is one of innovations.Secondly, we are constrast study industrial cluster and inovition clauser, applied industrial ecology, value chain and high technology industrial therories, to prove shanghai IC industrial beconing innovation cluster. We are continuing study the ample conditions and essential conditions for innovation cluster has been sharped over shanghai IC indstural developing. We can confirm shanghai IC accord with inoviation cluster ample conditions and essential conditions.Thirdly, on the basis of thinking about the difference between them carefully, I studied the different units and departments in the cluster. And I found the inter instruction of the innovative cluster. It helps me to known the innovative cluster clearly and can use it to prompt the cluster to the higher phrase. It is meaning for the second change of the cluster.
