Research On The Industrial Cluster Development And Land Intensive Use Of Tianjin Harbor Economic Area

With the development of economic globalization, industrial clusters with itspowerful competitive advantage is becoming an important organizational form ofregional economic development.In this one, the port industry clusters rely on itsunique advantages, is becoming a hot spot for economic development。Meanwhile,with the continuous development of economy and society, human demand for landincreases, and the scarcity of land resources determines the importance ofstrengthening the intensive land use. Land is the carrier of industrial development,intensive land use and development of industrial clusters belong to the scope ofregional economics research, both in theory and in practice, there is a closeconnection. Therefore research focus of this paper is to explore the relationshipbetween the development of industrial clusters and intensive use of land in order topromote the coordinated development of both; foothold research is how tocoordinate the development of port and port economic zone of industrial clustersintensive land use to promote regional the development and construction.This article first summarizes the theory of industrial clusters and intensive landuse for the study of the relationship between them lay a theoretical foundation. Finally, select a high level of intensive land usedevelopment and industry cluster Tianjin Harbor Economic Area Agri-IndustrialPark as an example, its industrial development and intensive land use mutuallyreinforcing effect.
