Since stepping into21century, as the great leap forward and advance of socialeconomy, the competition of enterprises has undoubtedly developed to thecompetition of human resource. As the result, human resource management hasbecome the1stcore study point of top management in modern enterprises. That provesthe importance of human resource management in the enterprise management.From the second half of20century, as the birth of project driven enterprises, suchkind of enterprises as a kind of new enterprise organization pattern have superioradaptability to complex social competitive environment. Compared with enterprisesadopting traditional management mode, they are more adaptable to the adversecomplex environment such as all kinds of influence factors interact with each other,strong binding force and etc. The project driven enterprise mode is being accepted andadopted more and more by enterprise of building engineering, offshore engineering,aeronautical engineering, software engineering, consult services line and etc.Different from the traditional enterprise management mode, the human resourcemanagement pattern of project driven enterprise brought great challenges to thetraditional human resource management. The main differences are the instability ofthe project, unclearness of work responsibilities among different posts in a project,dispersion of management structure and double or multiple managements to projectpersonnel by project management level and all kinds of functional departments. Allthese exacerbated the workload and difficulties of every human resource module of anenterprise. In order to detail the difficulties brought by human resource managementof the project driven enterprise to the traditional enterprise human resourcemanagement, this article will take actual example of case analysis to study andexplain the human resource management of the project driven enterprise.This article starts with the features of the project driven enterprise managementmode, elaborates the differences of human resource management between projectdriven enterprise and traditional enterprise, introduces strategic human resourcemanagement of the project driven enterprise,takes the example of A Company, aclassic project driven enterprise in offshore oil engineering industry and discusses theopportunities and challenges brought by the project driven enterprise mode to thecompany human resource management. Analyze the current human resourcemanagement situation of A Company to discover problems and propose targeted resolution ideas and plans based on strategic human resource management, fromwhich, we hope obtain conclusions having common reference value to the humanresource management of project driven enterprises.
