In recent years, the scale of call center industry of China is expanding continuously, the level of service and management of this field needs improve. The characteristics of this industry is crowded conditions, human management is large in amplitude and difficulty. To improve call center integrated management level, the most difficult issue is to improve the human resources management level. The traditional human resources management already cannot meet the demand. Based on the existing problems of the industry, this thesis try to discuss the theory of human resource management in order to find a new way to improve the current situation.This thesis use the human resource management theory and method, construct a call center project human resource management framework, put forward the call center project human resource management mechanism based on the project management mode. Using the proposed call center project human resource management mechanism, do empirical research about the project organization structure, project member recruitment and promote, the representative training, career planning, salary management and performance evaluation, team construction and culture and so on.The thesis has a certain applied value for company A and provides a reference solution on human resource management. Through the research, combines the human resources management theory of outsourcing service and practical experience, provides theoretical support and the implementation of the measures. This is worth to be referenced to whole call center industry.
