Research On The Human Resource Management Of Company A’s Plastic Recycling Project

Human resource management in plastic recycling project is an important part ofplastic recycling projects’ management．Therefore, it’s important to take every meansto complete waste plastic recycling projects’ human resource management.First, this paper discusses not only the concept and contents of human resourcemanagement but also the concept, contents, goals and function of projects’ humanresource management. Based on this, this paper introduces the general situation ofcompany A and presents the general situation of company A’s plastic recycling projectfrom there aspects——the construction background, the general requirements and theorganization arrangement. Consequently, lay the foundation for the further design ofcompany A’s plastic recycling project’s human resource management.Then according to the current situation of company A’s plastic recycling project,designs the alternatives of company A’s plastic recycling project’s human resourcemanagement from the optimal allocation of project’s human resources, thecollaboration of project team, the performance appraisal and the salary excitationmechanism respectively. Last, puts forward that only if there’s an appropriate projectmanager and a unique team culture, the above alternatives can be achieved.The characteristics of this study lie in that the schematic design of company A’splastic recycling project’s human resource management not only embodies therequirements of plastic recycling project’s human resource management, but combinesthe actual project so as to coordinate each process of human resource management.The alternatives designed in this paper can provide scientific references for companyA’s plastic recycling project’s human resource management.
