Research On The Operation Mode And Inventory Strategy Of Pharmaceutical Logisitics Systerm

In recent years, with the rapid development of domestic pharmaceuticalenterprises and medicine logistics，logistics distribution system plays an increasinglysignificant role in the whole pharmaceutical enterprises. And inventory managementwhich is important links of supply chain management, is playing the vital role in thehealthy and stable development of pharmaceutical enterprises.The traditionalinventory control theory is facing the challenge by the thought of supply chainmanagement since the progress of information technology and transportationtechnology. Nowdays inventory problem under current environment and traditionalenvironment show different characteristics, that reflect the trend of pharmaceuticallogistics.Based on the theory of pharmaceutical logistics distribution system andpharmacy stocks, this paper firstly analyzes the operation mode of the medicinelogistics, factors that influence medicine inventory, group tasks and processes ofpharmaceutical logistics distribution system. Secondly, select M company as object,the paper studies the status quo of logistics distribution system and the existingproblem of inventory management: influence of bullwhip benefit, influence of lack fsupply chain management thinking, simplification of inventory control strategy,backwards in information system, the lack of scientific inventory managementperformance evaluation, complex network of warehouse, and so on. On this basis ofthis, the paper discusses the choice and design of inventory management mode,implement of the new logistics distribution model, optimization of inventorymanagement.Then, this paper establishes a secondary distribution network structure for Mcompany and determines the service scope of each distribution center by using fuzzyclustering algorithm and cauchy distribution membership function. Finally, the paperstudies the inventory management mode under secondary distribution system andmethods that can improve efficiency of the inventory management, such as:restructuring of organizational structure, improvment of inventory strategy,reconstructing information organization mode by importing EDI technology, makingfull use of the third party logistics etc. And in the case of north China market, thepaper calculates the inventory and transportation cost before and after The secondaryinventory model. The results show that inventory management mode by utilizingsecondary inventory distribution system can effectively reduce the enterprise cost and improve operation efficiency.
