Market fast changing, enterprise competition, in such an environment full offlexibility and unpredictability, enterprise staff turnover is suffering from disaster,employee’s departure will rising, turnover also increased significantly. Braindrain will be a great loss to the enterprise, not only can reduce the efficiency ofthe enterprise, if the staff turnover too frequently, will produce a divided,cohesion to reduce the negative effects, etc. Especially for small andmedium-sized enterprises, personnel loss problem is particularly prominent, hasbecome a big obstacle to small and medium-sized enterprise development road.Based on the above background, this paper in order to MY company as anexample, from the perspective of psychological contract, combined with thequestionnaire survey and other research methods to understand MY companypersonnel to the company to perform the degree of cognitive psychologicalcontract and may lead to the reasons of the loss of employees, and hope that onthe basis of the psychological contract research, combining with our countrysmall and medium-sized enterprise core staff management practice, proposedshould be from multiple aspects, such as attract, motivate and compensation ineach link of the core staff management constantly build and strengthen the coreemployees’ psychological contract, and the core employees’ psychologicalcontract violation long after the question has carried on the thorough analysis, thecore employees’ psychological contract management into the whole process ofsmall and medium-sized enterprise human resources management, so as toachieve the purpose of effective control of the loss, to improve and enhance ourcountry small and medium-sized enterprise human resources management level,has a certain practical significance.This article is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction part, themain interface in this paper, the research is based on what kind of background,this paper studies how the theoretical and practical significance, this paperstudies how USES the research method and innovation value, and so on. Thesecond chapter is theoretical basis part of this paper, mainly introduced therelevant theories of psychological contract and the research status of the correlation of psychological contract and staff turnover. The third chapter firstlyintroduces MY company background, and then analyzes the company staffs losssituation, through the questionnaire survey and analysis of typical cases to knowthis part of the main reason for the loss of employees choose to leave. The fourthchapter from the Angle of the psychological contract to MY company currentstaff conducted a psychological psychological contract fulfillment and turnoverintention. Through this part of the investigation to understand the company’scognition to the company and their own psychological contract and understandwhich reason can lead to employee turnover. The fifth chapter is on the thirdchapter and fourth chapter analysis the cause of MY company employees reasonfor leaving the company, based on the perspective of psychological contract oferosion control personnel, to retain the core talent countermeasures.
