Research On Manufacturing Escalation In Xinjiang Based On The Factor Endowments

Over the years,Xinjiang has been playing the role of trade routes,localmanufacturing has been lack of development.the slow development of secondaryindustry experience the the fact that proportion of resource-dependent industries ismuch more than the normal manufacturing. Xinjiang has entered into an importantperiod, optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is essential to accelerationof economic growth,to improvement of employment structure, the environment ofemployment and per capita income.to promote industry upgrading, which willpromote the upgrading of industrial structure become a key issue.this paper is based on the perspective of endowment structure,to analyze theproblems of manufacturing upgrade inXinjiang,as well as relationship betweenendowments,economic development and industrial upgrading.,to find the root ofproblems existing in Xinjiang economic development. The paper is divided into threemajor part,simple introduction, body and conclusion of three parts. Analysis in thefirst part uses quantitative and qualitative methods to study the existing problems ofmanufacturing and industrial upgrading in Xinjiang,. Second part uses he empiricalmethod to analyze the reasons of the slow manufacturing upgrade.First is theoreticaldeduction about the endowment factors which make influence on economicdevelopment, Second is empirica analysis of the influence of comparative strategicchoice on upgrading the manufacturing industry,then analyze the relationship betweeninfrastructure, export and industrial structure, as well as their mutual influence.The preamble of this paper is to introduce ideas, review relevant research,theoretical and practical significance.The first chapter is the theoretical analysis offactor endowment structure and manufacturing upgrades s, including the relationshipbetween the introduction and manufacturing upgrades and the regulation of factorendowment structure upgrading and manufacturing upgrading. The second chapter ofthe anlysis of current problems faced in Xinjiang manufacturing including thestructure and manufacturing process and the current development of Xinjiang factorendowments. The third chapter is proposed to upgrade the manufacturing problems inXinjiang. The fourth chapter is the empirical analysis is to study the effects of factorendowments and endowment structure on economic development and upgrading of the manufacturing, including the impact of changes in factor endowment structure ofeconomic development, infrastructure and upgrading of Xinjiang manufacturing. Thefifth chapter is to propose appropriate policies to solve the problem.In summery,the root cause of the problem in Xinjiang economic developmentand manufacturing upgrade is the excessive dependence on natural resources, leadingto the long-term neglect of the endowment structure,the low level of comparativeadvantage.and less competitive power in manufacturing.enterprises face moreexternal issues,and this also explain the export role of trade routes to a certaindegree.Strategic choice of Comparative advantages is crucial to regional economicgrowth. If the style of regional development contraries to the development ofcomparative advantage,it will lead to efficiency low of resources allocation, hidertechnology innovation, as a result industrial upgrading and economic growth isweakened.In addition, contrary to the comparative advantage leads to thetransformation of the industrial structure to a single structure,and economicdevelopment lags behind. Regional long-term endowment structure can not beoptimized, normal industry faces more external problem.In the future,the priorityshould be make up the market-based economic system,focus on enhancing regionalendowment structure, develop manufacturing production services and othersupporting industries,strengthen dependence between manufacturing and supportingindustries, through processing, manufacturing services and so extend themanufacturing industry chain,improve manufacturing value-added products.Resourcemonopoly industries should be regulated properly, a reasonable increase in humancapital, infrastructure, investment in technological innovation and otherfactors,which can prompt the upgrade endowment structure to reduce the externalitiesof economic operation.
