In recent years, the development of guangxi industrial scale increasing, the development foundation continuously strengthened, the development speed is becoming more and more fast, industrialization from the initial stage entered the intermediate stage, and has formed a set of automobile manufacturing, food processing, Marine equipment manufacturing.ect relatively complete industrial system. However, affected by domestic and foreign industrial economic development and under the trend of the downside risk, industrial development efficiency is more and more attention, especially for the third industrial revolution brought about by the high technology and the transformation of the industrial revolution, improve the efficiency of industry development in guangxi has become an important turning point for the development of industry in guangxi. Therefore, in this paper, based on the solow model through the spatial econometric analysis and calculate of guangxi industrial total factor productivity and its influencing factors.Through analysis the difference of Guangxi industrial economy can be seen,with the expanding industrial scale, poor upward trend of industrial added value was significantly higher than the rise of the mean and standard deviation, 14 industrial economy polarization phenomenon is constantly increasing. Guangxi’s industrial added value of the coefficient of variation rate showed obvious fluctuation, poor performance of relatively stable rate, mutation rate of industrial added value of the number of very poor rate of industrial added value rate showed different trends. Nanning, Liuzhou, Guilin is the core city of Guangxi industrial development, has a strong spatial correlation, the industrial economy agglomeration obvious.Analysis results indicated that the industry of guangxi belongs to a relatively clear labor driven, capital pulled pull function on the industry as industry obviously, the spatial lag model and spatial error model of calculating the average of guangxi industrial total factor productivity is the highest in beihai and wuzhou, total factor productivity is 0.43, the lowest in hechi city, only 0.15, in addition to hechi city, laibin, guigang, qinzhou, fangchenggang, guilin, nanning, hezhou, liuzhou’s total factor productivity are above 0.30, these cities are concentrated in the beibu gulf economic zone and the xijiang economic belt, this and the overall economic and social development in guangxi situation and guangxi industrial development of the spatial distribution pattern of basic consistent.Based on the influence factors of the industrial total factor productivity in guangxi research can be found that the degree of foreign trade influence, industrial investment, market rate, the traffic infrastructure level indicators has a positive impact on the industrial total factor productivity in guangxi, and informatization level, three indicators such as science and technology innovation level, quantity per ten thousand patents has a negative influence on industrial total factor productivity in guangxi.
