Research On Xinjiang’s Economic Growth Quality And Suggestions

China’s economic reforms and economic transformation has been30years,economic growth are fast, but at the same time, growth quality problems alsogradually. With resources and environment worsening, the gap between rich and poorwidening, disorder of economic structure, urban and rural dual economic prominentproblems such as serious situation, people will gradually attention from economicgrowth in the number of transferred to the quality of economic growth. Economicgrowth from quantitative change to the latter, is the inevitable process of economicgrowth. Quality is in the process of the growth of economic growth shows thesuperiority of the national economy, including structure optimization, the stability ofthe economic growth, the improvement of welfare distribution, to enhance theefficiency of resource utilization, etc."Twelfth five-year" period, China will increasefrom speed to quality.Research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad, this paper, from theAngle of statistics, adopt the method of combining qualitative analysis withquantitative analysis to evaluate the quality of economic growth in Xinjiang analysis,provide theoretical basis for the improvement of economic growth quality in Xinjiangand policy Suggestions. First of all, the quality of economic growth were summarizedin the relevant category, on the basis of the concept of quality of economic growth isdefined; Second, this paper discusses the theory of economic growth qualityevaluation, this paper constructs the evaluation index system of economic growthquality. Then, according to the building of index system, this article selects the25indicators, from the stability of the structure of economic growth, economic growth,changes the benefits of economic growth and distribution, resource utilization andecological environmental cost four dimensions of Xinjiang were analyzed, and thequality of economic growth do in the research of Xinjiang economic growth quality,compared with other provinces in China from the horizontal comparison and analysis,and the development of the western region in Xinjiang was studied from thelongitudinal changes before and after24years of economic growth quality. Through the empirical analysis found that the quality of economic growth inXinjiang in the middle and lower reaches of the national level, the leading level inwestern areas. Xinjiang economic growth quality sorting slightly higher than theeconomic growth of the country’s ranking, the more consistent; Before and after thedevelopment of the western region of Xinjiang overall belong to the state of greatervolatility,24years during the decline stage and evident in the rising stage, theXinjiang economic growth quality is strongly influenced by resource utilization andecological environmental cost. By the quality of economic growth in Xinjiang fourdimensions analysis of factors affecting the quality of economic growth in Xinjiang,thus to put forward the corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions according tothese factors.
