People always pay attention to the growth of economy gross but ignore the quality of economic growth. Recently, as the quantity of Jiangxi economic growth increased rapidly, many problems of quality of economic growth have gradually come out, affecting the economic and social harmony in Jiangxi Province. Quality of economic growth has been raised to a strategic height, how to improve the quality of economic growth, to take a combination of both quantity and quality of economic growth and sustainable development path, which is a very important theoretical-and-practical significance of the research topic. The quality of economic growth in China, especially for a province, such as jiangxi province, relatively fewer.In this paper, Based on the previous literature review quality of economic growth to the quality of economic growth,The connotation and extension of the quality of economic growth were defined and a distinction between the theories of the quality of economic growth and similarity with it, then reflect the current economic growth theory, the quality of economic growth is defined as:" relative to the quantity of the economic growth, quality of economic growth from the perspective of social reproduction and development of a period of time characteristics of the overall situation of national economic, social and environmental evaluation by the number of quality and comprehensive reflection of economic growth momentum, structure, efficiency, welfare and achieved objectives and other aspects of the merits of the degree."With the connotation of quality of economic growth, from economic growth momentum, economic structure, economic efficiency, economic welfare index system of the four aspects of the design; by the current method of comparing the quality of economic growth, using quality improvement of principal components-entropy method to analyze and evaluate quality of economic growth.Based on statistics and statistical methods chosen,firstly measure the quality of economic growth in Jiangxi Province, the results showed that the quality of Jiangxi economic growth overall level is not high, but showed good increasing momentum, From various aspects,Jiangxi economic growth to raise the level of quality is mainly based on the economic efficiency and-economic benefit levels, especially in recent years, the quality of economic growth due to economic efficiency obviously improved, and economic growth of dynamic improved the quality of economic growth have certain restriction. Secondly, combined with the economic growth status of Jiangxi Province, from economic growth momentum, economic structure, economic efficiency and economic welfare, economic growth in four aspects of evaluation of the quality of Jiangxi, the evaluation results show that:Jiangxi economic growth rate dropped because of technological progress, creativity, low sustainability. Jiangxi uncoordinated industrial structure and employment structure, the structure of the industrial structure of employment did not play much role in promoting the same time, consumer demand is not enough on the impetus for new jobs. Non-public economy has been further development and growth, has become an important part of Jiangxi's economy. Be further improved economic efficiency, to increase worker skills training to enhance the quality of workers, for the use of funds to pay attention to focus on education, science and technology R & D investment to ensure economic efficiency. Jiangxi Province has made significant progress in energy saving, which improve the quality of economic growth has important implications. This paper argues that economic development in Jiangxi in the context of the new phase, expanding in number, we must also continue to adjust the structure of economic growth and keep the economic growth of the stability of the economic growth and improving the welfare level and distribution of achievement, so as to improve the quality of economic growth.
