Along with our country socialist market economy system gradually perfect, the reform ofmanagement system of enterprises further deepening, more and more entrepreneurs pay moreattention to human resource management, and performance appraisal is the priority amongpriorities of human resource management, is an important subject of enterprise managers urgent.At present the company staff job rotation, occupation training, job promotion, salary adjustmentare inseparable from the performance appraisal; to employee performance evaluation. Scientific,reasonable, fair performance appraisal, can play a role in encouraging, feedback function,communication function. At present, many of the company’s performance appraisal, there aremany shortcomings, such as: process only paying attention to the result but not the performanceappraisal, so that the potential of employees are hard to be found. So, for the enterprise, researchstaff performance appraisal is very important, only good performance appraisal system design,perfect social security system, to achieve fair, reasonable, scientific performance appraisal, itwill meet the actual needs of the staff performance appraisal system design is the urgent problemThis paper is mainly about the CWJH company’s employee performance appraisal for theoptimization design, taking CWJH company employee performance appraisal as a case studyFirstly, this paper analyzes the previous CWJH company’s performance appraisal system, findtheir deficiencies; secondly, through questionnaires and interviews, the main activities requireemployees to describe the job details, job responsibility and job content, were analyzed usingsPss statistical analysis software, the formation of a new job descriptions and job specifications,the staff and the supervisor is modified, the formation of the final description; thirdly, determinethe performance evaluation index framework, business priorities (enterprise KPI), set updepartment KPI, determine the position of KPI, set the evaluation criteria and the review andrevision of key performance indicators, and by obtaining weight data by questionnaire, analyzingand processing the corresponding the use of the data of experience method and sorting method,in order to determine the weight of each index, determines the CWJH company to the weightedmethod combined with the weight of each index calculation and performance of grossperformance of employees; and then, feedback implementation of CWJH company’sperformance appraisal scheme of the staff, and the establishment of supporting scheme related tothe system, finally, through the case of CWJH the company’s research and survey analysis, manysmall and medium-sized private enterprises, draw the conclusion, the staff performance appraisaldesign system To be promoted in the small private enterprises.
