Performance appraisal is an important part of enterprise performance management and an important part of enterprise management activities.The development of enterprises is inseparable from the incentives of performance appraisal.Therefore,it is necessary for enterprises to improve the internal performance appraisal mechanism.Under the big wave of modern technology and information technology,non-financial factors affecting corporate performance appraisal are increasingly dominant,such as the application of information technology,corporate strategy,corporate culture and other non-financial factors;As a more comprehensive,objective and fair performance appraisal tool,the Balanced Scorecard is based on the present and the future,and links the long-term strategy of the company with short-term actions,including both financial and non-financial factors.The application of the Balanced Scorecard helps enterprises to quickly adapt to the market economy and ensure the realization of corporate strategic goals.In recent years,influenced by international companies,there have been more and more researches on balanced scorecards in China.Many companies have also tried to use balanced scorecards to strengthen internal management and improve corporate profitability.The construction industry is one of the pillar industries of China's economic development.The pulling effect on China's economic development is obvious.With the development of the market economy,the competition facing the construction industry is becoming more and more fierce.The construction enterprises should base themselves on the fiercely competitive market.The environment must change the traditional management concept,use appropriate management tools,improve management level,and then improve market competitiveness.The Balanced Scorecard is a strategy-based tool that plays an important role in the process of improving corporate management.This paper uses the combination of literature research and case analysis to analyze the current performance appraisal status of F-building company,analyze the problems existing in the current performance appraisal,and explain the necessity and feasibility of F-building company applying balanced scorecard in performance appraisal.Taking F's strategic goal as the entry point,the F building company's strategic goals are decomposed,and the index system is established from the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard.The selection of each dimension index and the determination of the weight are discussed in detail,and the obtained The phased results are intended to provide reference for the application of the next balanced scorecard in performance appraisal and enterprise development,and also provide reference for the application of balanced scorecards in performance management of other construction enterprises and related research.
