It is an important measures for developing economic,meeting the demand of market and improving urban management.The tour real estate is the result of highly developed economy and improved living standard of people.With the improved living standard,more and more people choose tourist real estate products for their leisure tourism activities,the healthy development of real estate for tourism to the system by the economies of scale economic development mode change,plays a positive role in promoting tourism and real estate industry further integration of the two big industries,the benign interaction development also have an important meaning.First of all,this paper discusses some basic issues on tourism real estate.Redefines the concept of tourism real estate on the basis of previous studies and theories related to the tourism real estate development has carried on the preliminary exploration,the development of tourism real estate system conforming to the economic characteristics of tourism development,with the big background of China’s city development;Combining the present development pattern of tourism real estate project on the basis of the reseatch of the domestic scholar has carried on the classification, this paper put the tourism real estate project development model is divided into four categories: real estate model,tourism residential real estatemodel,tourist resort real estate,tourism and business mode of integrated tourist real estate model.And summarize the characteristics of various models based on studying a large number of cases on.At the same time,all the factors of choosing and evaluating the impact of tourism real estate project development mose are analyzed,the comprehensive development mose of various key factors,we established the alternative choice index system of tourism real estate project development mode,after the use of qualitative and auantitative analysis of index screening,established the index system.Next,the use of AHP to determine the weight of each index,then established by using the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;Finally,taking Kaifeng city as an example of empirical research,development satus,problems and counter measures of tourism real estate from Kaifeng City,and put forward to other tourist cities significance. |
