In recent years, with the development of modern industrialization, urbanization andpopulation increase(especially in recent years the state has introduced two childrelated policies) and the improvement of people’s living standards, the demand ofgrain consumption is inevitable in a rigid growth, and the increase of population,reduce the development of urbanization is bound to lead to the cultivated land in addition, the shortage of water resources, climate change and otherfundamentally on food production constraints have become increasingly prominent, from the national food consumption, food supply and demand is always in a tight balance, how to ensure the food security will be faced with severe challenges.
