Research On Local Grain Reserve Management In China Based On The View Of Food Security

Rich life and ample granary can guarantee the peace of the country,this is the eternal law of society,the food problem is also an eternal topic.As the largest country in the world with the largest population in the world,the problem of eating is always the most important thing about the livelihood of the people and the state of administering the country.In the domestic and international environment of rapid economic growth,deepening of industrialization,urbanization and economic globalization,China's food security is facing many complex new situations and new problems.At the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the report pointed out that the national food security must be guaranteed and the rice bowl of our national is firmly in its own hands.It can be seen that food security is not only the foundation of sustained and healthy development of economy,but also a guarantee for social harmony and stability.It is also an important part of national security strategy.This thesis is divided into six parts:The first chapter introduces the background of China's grain security,the purpose of the study and the main literature theory,and focuses on the relationship between grain security and grain reserve.The second chapter introduces the development process of the local grain reserve after the founding of New China,and describes the composition of the grain reserve system at the present stage.The third chapter expounds the management status of the local grain reserve by means of a large number of policy measures and data charts,through the three angles of management subject,management mode and management effect.The fourth chapter reveals the existing problems of local grain reserve management in China,such as scale,structure,management system and so on,and analyzes the causes of these problems in detail.The fifth chapter introduces the grain reserve system of three representative countries in the United States,Japan and India,and concludes the experience that we can draw on.The sixth chapter,in view of the problems raised in the previous article,combined with the experience of Grain Reserve Management at home and abroad,finally boldly put forward some suggestions and measures to optimize the management of local grain reserves in China.
