The Research On Tacit Knowledge Acquisition And Building The Model Of Tacit Knowledge Sharing In Mold Designers

Enterprise knowledge theory holds that the application of knowledge and creativity is the basis for sustainable development. Tacit knowledge is more valuable and unique than explicit knowledge. During the application of knowledge and management process, tacit knowledge is particularly important for sustainable development of enterprises. Therefore, easy to access and effectively to management of tacit knowledge is the primary means of business to maintain market competitiveness.Manufacture in China is huge. Mold companies are one of the most important force to support the manufacturing system in our country. Modern industry is effected by the development of mold companies. Mold design is crucial in mold manufacturing process and effect the product in all of its life cycle. Therefore, if mold companies want to make good management of tacit knowledge, they must pay attention on the tacit knowledge of mold design process. Because mold design is the most important part of tacit knowledge management.However, tacit knowledge is difficult to manage. There is no theory as a standard to lead tacit knowledge management. Because of the complex representation and acquisition, the high costs, it is difficult for companies to make progress on tacit knowledge management.For lack of mold industry in Tacit Knowledge Management, After analyzing the mold design features. This article proposed a solution aiming at the tacit knowledge of mold design. The contents are as follows:(1) Redefine the owner as the object of tacit knowledge management. Put forward the theory and implementation of the ability model in tacit knowledge of mold designers.(2) According to the characteristics of mold design, we represent tacit knowledge base on ontology Accomplished sharing、reuse and interoperability of mold design tacit knowledge.(3) According to the idea of reverse engineering, we achieve ER model and ontology mapping to each other. We also make recording data in a relational database mapped to tacit ontology mold design examples.(4) The designation is decomposed from five basic dimensions according to the recessive knowledge capacity of mold designers, an appropriate outcome is searched out based on match algorithm. The match searching of recessive knowledge capacity is achieve.(5) Recessive knowledge management system prototype is designed and developed as a validation for methods both in theory and technology.Conclusion:The management of tacit knowledge for mold designers is realized effectively by using the above methods and techniques.
