To help a lot of enterprises win against competition, scholars presented several theroies, the most impacting theroy is "learning organization" from Peter Senge. At the same time, training dept. in enterprise become more and more important. The management think training and learning will help them suvive and develop in the intensive enviroment.This essay try to explore the relationship between core competency and learning organization, meanwhile discuss that the training dept. how to help etnerprise build core competency through construct learning organization by using SECI model.
