| With the development of science technology,the knowledge play a more and more important role in the economic development.The knowledge has replaced the land,capital,and labor and become the endogenous variables of the economic development and a key factor to get competitive advantage for nation and en(?)erprise. Tacit knowledge is the main part of knowledge,which is regarded as the core role of gaining sustainable competitive advantage.Generally,it is agreed that it is necessnary the tacit knowledge is transferred in the enterprise to excava the tacit knowledge of employees and make it become organazation's.However,the study focuses on the research of the transmission of tacit knowledge and factors.But from the point of view of organizational design to examine ways to promote the transmission of tacit knowledge has not been of great importance.In this paper,we use the empirical research methods and learn from the results of predecessors to study the relationship between the organizational design and the transmission of tacit knowledge from the aspect of organazation individual level.First,combinine a comprehensive model by analyzing the structure of the transfer of tacit knowledge transfer process and the impact of factors,define the four transfer process and four factors,and analyse how the four factors affect the whole transfer process.of tacit knowledge.Second,to analyse the organizational design dimensions,draw the structural,control and coordination of the three main variable dimensions and analyse the relationship between the various dimensions of tacit knowledge transfer and the influencing factors to provide basis,for the next assumptions.Finally,establish the organizational design dimensions and the model of the impact of tacit knowledge transfer and the effect of transferring concept results and assumptions,and propose the hypotheticals,use a variety of analytical conceptual methods and the model based on the assumption to find the results.The conclusion of my research indicated that: 1.Partial dimensions of organization designs are more remarkable to other dimensions in the influence of recessive knowledge transmission,such as coordinated and decentralization,theirs' influences to factor of tacit knowledge transfer will Impetus knowledge transfer.But the related suppositions of labor degree,regulated, the organization drive and information technology's supposition didn't get the support of real diagnosis,still needs examination of further theory and real diagnosis.2.Although the function that tacit knowledge influencing factor to tacit knowledge transmission effect,has got the widespread confirmation in enterprises and other organizations,but through the empirical study to the graduate student community this article discovered that the mechanism of tacit knowledge exchange and transfer in the university student community still needs further analysis,in order to find the difference of this community with other organizations.3.Utill now there's no mature meter which is use for the analysis to the influence function of various dimensions of organizations to tacit knowledge transfer,this document did some beneficial attempt,but results of the real diagnosis is not good. |
