The Evaluation Research About Supplier Selections

With the development of market economy in our country, our country purchasing industry become more standardized,the competition between suppliers also face more and more intense. In the material purchasing work practice, for selection of suppliers is one of the most primary decision problem. For the quality of raw materials and related services provided by the vendor,to a large extent directly affects the final construction schedule and project quality. A good long-term strategic cooperation supplier, to enterprise’s economic benefits and play a huge role in promoting the competitiveness of enterprises. For companies, no matter from the short-term perspective to reduce costs to improve profit,or in terms of long-term interests,must be the objective of supplier selection and evaluation.Taking X logistics company supplier selection and management as the main line, with the theory of supplier management, the evaluation index system and hierarchical analysis tools such as the X logistics company’s actual situation and existing problems of in-depth analysis,based on these problems the company shall establish and adopt supplier evaluation index system, and gives the specific assignment of the evaluating indices, and finally has carried on the example application. In addition,the description of how the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) in detail,and introduces the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),the application of both the characteristics of building materials and the particularity of state-owned enterprise procurement,procurement.In the empirical part,firstly analyzes the X logistics company’s supply chain management present situation,main points out existing problems,and then to X company analysis of the causes of these problems in detail,analyzed the influence of five factors. On this basis,the X company supplier evaluation index system for thedesign. Finally by using analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to explore the suitable X logistics company in quantitative measures of supplier selection,theory with practice,and achieved the purpose of this study.In the process of research,this paper mainly adopts literature research,field research on the quantitative and qualitative research methods,such as,fully pays attention to the theory with practice, and is an object with X logistics company supplier selection evaluation,emphasis on practical applications for research. Supplier selection and management of X Logistics Company provide effective corresponding solutions. In this paper,the analysis and research at the same time,also for the same type which has the function of purchasing state-owned enterprises, and even the general enterprises in reducing the calculation and purchasing cost, maintain the stability of the product,the reasonable selection and management of suppliers,etc.,can also provide a certain theoretical and practical reference value.
