The Evaluation Of Coal Poly-generation Model Based On The Recycling Economy

As the world’s energy mix diversification trends continue, the proportion of coal in the energy decline, but the coal resources in the energy still occupy an important position in the world. There is a big problem in terms of exploitation of coal resources, which mainly reflected as the heavy pollution and waste in the production and consumption process of the coal. All the problems lead to the low benefits of economic, social and ecological. Recycling-theory-based coal poly-generation model is not only an important development direction of modern coal enterprises, but also an inevitable way to achieve efficient use of resources and improve the economic efficiency of coal enterprises, besides, it is also an inevitable choice of China’s coal enterprises which responses to the call of building a resource-saving and environment-friendly society.In this dissertation,I discusses the origin of the coal poly-generation mode,the developments and related research achievements in domestic and international academic area firstly. These provide the background and theoretical support to coal enterprises to take the road of poly - generation development model.Then,I outline the current methods used by the academic to evaluate circular economy,and explained why adopted the index system method to evaluate the coal poly-generation.Then,I used the Delphi Technique and Analytic Hierarchy Process to build the index system which is composed by the capability of the exploitation of resources, technological innovation, market development and integration of industrial chain operations.After the collection and non-class process of the data,I calculate the score for each index in the index system and make out the quantitative analysis of the case company.Finally, I put forward policy recommendations for the development of China’s coal enterprises poly-generation mode.
