In this paper, a series of problems in post-conflict studies in the context of traditional Chinese cultural environment, the introduction of professional managers of private enterprises exist to analyze the corresponding countermeasures and problems. With economic development and the expansion of private enterprise scale enterprises in order to obtain sustainable development, entrepreneurs and professional managers relations are very important issues between them can not be ignored. Articles from the enterprise level, the founder of the enterprise level, the level of professional managers, cultural and environmental aspects of the legal system of four levels starting analyze problems. The main content of the following aspects: First, the analysis of the role of professional managers how to locate in the enterprise, a clear identity and responsibility; Second, analysis of professional managers how to communicate and coordinate with the founders, so that entrepreneurs understand the various measures execution, and business development direction is the same vision; Third, the analysis at the enterprise level to strengthen the legal system, a code of conduct for managers constraints; fourth, to analyze how to improve corporate governance culture management structure, effective implementation of the existing balance of power, and create a harmonious environment for professional managers fully demonstrated the ability to grow faster and better promote enterprise; fifth, analysis of Chinese private enterprises in dealing with all kinds of interests when considering how important factor in Chinese culture this indispensable strategy to develop professional managers and companies should the survival and development of the Road kiss.Many scholars study issues related mainly for moral issue, trust issues, constraints, problems, incentive problems and so on.
