Private economy has gown into one of vital strength in Chinese economy development. Modern enterprise system establishment and professional management system introducing will become the only way of the private enterprise run greatly, strongly and long. It will be the general trend that resolving management level and staff, the Bottleneck of private enterprise development, by introducing professional manager and establishing professional management system. At the same time, limited by current external environment and enterprise conditions, the marriage of professional manager and private enterprise is not perfection,'fall in love at first sight- suspicion each other- parted on bad terms', both enterprise and professional manager have been a predicament. In this paper, the case of Xinguang Company's reform of introducing professional manager was researched and analyzed, include environment before introducing, what the manager introduced planed and reformed, the reasons for losing, etc. Base these, by contrasting private enterprise with state-owned enterprise and foreign enterprises, necessity of introducing professional manager to private enterprise, professional manager's careering environment in private enterprise, adverse selection problem in introducing and moral hazard problem after introducing was researched and analyzed. Finally, countermeasure advice for professional manager introducing and promoting in Chinese private enterprise was educed.
