Design On The Electonic Information System Of D Freight Enterprise

With rapid development of world economy and advancement of modern technology, International trade and communication between countries become more frequently and more quickly, at the meantime, which has led to logistics industry is flourishing in China.In recent years, International freight forwarding enterprise, as the third-party logistic in modern logistics industry, growing as fast as 30% annually. Although the logistics freight forwarding enterprise of our country develop so fast, it is still in the infant stage and the status of the whole logistic industry is there is so many enterprises but the service level is poor, Compared with the advanced international freight forwarding enterprise, there is still a large gap, most of the them lack of core competitive ability whose specialization, networked and scale degree are not high. The refinement and professional levels of its service is also not high, quality of service is generally poor and inefficiency, too. The office automation level is also poor, whether the internal information system design or the interaction with external consignor and related companies need to be improved. The whole industry is still relatively low level of original state, using paper to record and transfer information, the level of using information system to save, transfer, pull and analyze data is not high and this hindered the rapid development and improve of the whole industry.This article combining the modern logistics management theory and the practices of freight forwarding enterprise, taking D company as an example, studied the design and development of information system of D company from two aspects:actual practices and electron informationization requirements of internal and external of D company. Firstly, inspection of a large number of relevant literature to understand and analyze the current situation of freight forwarding enterprises; secondly, to investigate the environment of the high development and application of global electron informationization, discuss the information system can improve the operation level and work efficiency of D company. Finally, combining the specific work practices and working process, make an in-depth analyze on the design of D company’s information system and on this basis, set up proper information system design, through implementing this design to improve the work efficiency and competitive power of the domestic and foreign markets, obtaining market and customer’s identification and achieve win-win. This paper makes an active research to the information system design of D company, hope it can provide references for future research and practices.
