Research On Lean Management Of Research And Development Of A Equipment Renovation Project

The topics chosen for a certain type of equipment renovation project as the research object, In light of the company and enterprise lean management of scientific research related requirements of the research on the R & D management of lean. The project is in the current of our country to promote "developmentgeneration, transformation of old equipment for the transformation of ageneration" policy under the guidance of modern information war, make it adapt to the operational environment; at the same time the project as alean R & D management pilot projects, require the use of modern project management related methods of project management in R & D, improveproduct quality, reduce development risk and reduce the cost of product development. This study adopts the knowledge of lean R & Dmanagement related majors, with some type of weapon systeminformationization project, using a 4 x 4 R & D rule research on lean R & D management of the reconstruction project. In the study, according to the four stages including four domain and R & D project design processof activities of the 4 X 4 matrix, to control the project developmentmanagement. This thesis will research the application of lean project management method in equipment renovation project, in order to reduce the risk of development, equipment renovation project controldevelopment costs, improve equipment renovation project of the product quality, shorten the development cycle of the transformation project,save the project development costs and other issues.
