When it comes to knowledge economy era, knowledge has already become the most important strategic resource to the enterprise. The competitive strength and development potential of a company depend on its abilities to create, transfer and apply knowledge. As a―knowledge carrier‖, knowledge employees are highly valued by the enterprise. However, the staff turnover is unavoidable and being more frequent. As a result, how to transfer personal knowledge to organization effectively, which is called personal knowledge being organized, is becoming an urgent problem demanding prompt solution. Because of the networking development trends of the enterprise and the nature of the knowledge, knowledge transfer needs a social transfer mechanism. Many of the factors which will influence knowledge transfer belong to social capital. And the studies home and abroad indicate that social capital has an effect on knowledge sharing, transfer and application. Besides, organizational learning theory believes that the core competence of the enterprise comes from organizational learning. Only through organization learning can knowledge flow in the organization. Organization learning is the basic way to get knowledge and ability(Stata,1989; Senge,1990; Levithal,1991; Nonaka,1995; Grant,1996). So this paper studies the relationship between social capital and personal knowledge being organized from an organizational learning perspective, which has important significance in both theory and practice.At first, the paper reviewes the related theories of social capital, personal knowledge being organized and organizational learning, creates a conceptual model and proposes the hypothesizes. Then analysises the sample data collected through questionnaires by SPSS16.0 and AMOS7.0. Finally, verifies the conceptual model and hypothesizes. The followings are the coclusions:(1)Social capital structural dimension has a positive impact on organizational learning, while no distinct influence to the effect of personal knowledge being organized. It can have an indirect influence to the effect of personal knowledge being organized through organizational learning; (2) Social capital relational dimension has a positive impact on both the organizational learning and the effect of personal knowledge being organized; (3) Social capital cognizational dimension has a positive impact on both the organizational learning and the effect of personal knowledge being organized; (4)Organizational learning has a positive impact on the effect of personal knowledge being organized, and intermediary function to the relationship between social capital's three dimensions and the effect of personal knowledge being organized.
