Design On The Project Management Of SGS-CSTC TMIS Proiect

The economic globalization and information network integration led to the structural variation in enterprise information system, the increasingly fierce competition among domestic and foreign third party testing enterprises makes the continuous development of enterprises information architecture, each testing company is thinking about how to maintain their competitive advantage, and improve their core competitiveness. Many prospective companies are investing in enterprise informationization construction in order to improve enterprise information level, they hope that the use of information means to help improve operational efficiency, reduce operating costs and enhance customer satisfaction, and finally achieve the goal of improving the enterprise competitiveness.TMIS(Testing Management Information System) project is the one of the most important informatization project in the company which author is working for, and mainly consolidate all the links of testing service management for unified management, to improve the efficiency and capabilities of testing service.This paper is based upon EA, MIS, PMBOK, CMMI and software engineering theories, to emphatically research and analyze management process of TMIS Project from planning, requirement analysis, system design, testing, implementation and go-live, to project closure. Finally the paper gives a suitable project management solution for TMIS project, including detailed measurement and actions for project optimization according to the actual situation of current software project management and the three main targets of TMIS project:schedule, cost and quality.In the whole process of thesis research, I analyzed and summarized the deficiencies and successful experiences in information architecture and project management from previous software projects. Hope the research and design of this big project management solution to be able to provide reference for the others software project management in the future, and help the company continuously improve project management work.
