Study On Deyang Rual -Urban Migrant Workers’ Willingness To Participate In Inductrial Injury Security And The Factors Which Affect The Willingness

Along with the increase of the level of the city, a large number of surplus rural labor force began to flock to the city, the tide of migrant workers has gradually become China’s city employment of a cyclical phenomenon. However, because of urban and rural and binary system, the existing household registration differences between migrant workers and urban residents, occupation treatment differences then appears, leading to migrant workers as vulnerable groups in the labor market, and even become the city edge people. Gener ally, China’s migrant workers engaged in the city of occupation are at higher risk,such as catering services, manufacturing, construction, sanitation cleaning, underground minging they lack the necessary labor and social security in the work. According to the National Bureau of statistics data show, by the end of 2012, the number of China’s migrant workers is 262610000, but the number of insured work-related injury insurance of migrant workers is only 44381000 people, the participation rate was only 16.9%. Work injury insurance in Deyang city has achieved some results, since the number of participating 122000 in 2010rose to 341300 in 2012, especially the migrant workers industrial injury insurance coverage, it s improved n City Hall security policy on migrant workers efforts, Deyang migrant workers industrial injury insurance increased from 2010 to 36000 to rise to 93900 in 2012, but that figure for the total number of migrant workers a larger base, migrant workers industrial injury insurance rate is still very low, migrant workers participating in industrial injury insurance has become a hot social problems we need to study.This paper takes Deyang city migrant workers employment injury insurance will and the influence factors as the research subject, through the questionnaire survey and other research methods, to understand the analysis of the current situation of migrant workers employment injury insurance in Deyang City, and then the influence factors for migrant workers employment injury insurance will build an empirical model, the quantitative study of SPSS analysis with factor to determine the impact of migrant workers employment injury insurance insured willingness. The author conducted a questionnaire survey of 200 migrant workers of Deyang city during the 2013 5-6rnonths, and research results on the basis of insurance status of migrant workers employment injury insurance, the willingness of Logit model. The research shows that, at present Deyang migrant workers employment injury insurance overall lower insurance rates, those migrant workers, age, gender, education level, income units where the industry and the nature of units have affected the migrant workers employment injury insurance insured willingness.Finally, the author unifies the Deyang migrant workers employment injury insurance status and willingness to participate the influence factors, put forward to perfect the system of employment injury insurance policy, strengthen the employment injury insurance propaganda, accelerate the reform of household registration system, responsibility system design enterprises and improve their quality of migrant workers and so on, with higher insurance increase of migrant workers employment injury insurance rate, protect the rights of migrant workers, to further accelerate the process of city development.
