In the process of economic development, resulting in real estate financial risk is inevitable, it is a special form of the performance of the economy, moderate financial risk to the economy will play a role in the development of a lubricant, will effectively stimulate economic development, however, the excessive expansion of financial risks turn into a bubble economy, once the bubble burst, the damage caused will be enormous.Real estate is one of the pillar industries of the national economy, and is the main carrier of financial risks, skyrocketing real estate market slump has great harm, would cause serious damage to the national economy, so the reason for the bubble, to take effective measures to prevent, to reduce or avoid the negative effects that can be produced when the bubble burst, real estate financial risk research is to adapt to the needs of established form of real estate financial risk is the result of many kinds of factors combined effects of financial risks generated by the real estate The reason can be found in the research process, and accordingly propose specific preventive measures.As a modern economy, the financial industry is to protect the country’s macroeconomic blood running good, in-depth understanding of real estate Formation mechanism of financial risk is significant.
