Special equipment is a high risk and accident-prone vital type of infrastructure for national economy. And it close to people’s daily life. Due to the particularity of special equipment, once it an accident, will not only cause serious damage, but also serious concern of the whole society, so its safe operation have also been more and more people’s attention.After decades of development, China has formed a unique special equipment safety supervision model, however, with the rapid economic development, China’s stage special equipment safety management model can not adapt to the development of society.Security special equipment, changes in the regulatory mode, reducing the risk of special equipment safety supervision, become a subject of great research value.In this paper, the theory and methods of risk assessment and abroad were analyzed and compared, in particular, in-depth study of special equipment for the risk assessment theory.Analysis of related factors of special equipment safety supervision problems in order to secure the special status of the device is based in Fuqing, by studying the impact of special equipment for safe operation of the people, machines, and management system, using AHP Special Equipment Safety Supervision Risk detailed study. The main contents as follows:1.Introduce risk assessment methods and theories, through the study of the theory of risk assessment, risk evaluation methods comparison of various methods comprehensive analysis of domestic and international risk assessment of the use of special equipment, analytical hierarchy process to select special equipment safety supervision Fuqing risk depth study.2.Analysis of all relevant factors exist special equipment safety people, machines, management, etc., to Fuqing special equipment for the study of the overall security situation based on comprehensive consideration of special equipment to run the risk exists, screened 14 key indicators and one by one assigned to weights to build special equipment safety supervision risk evaluation system.3. According to the process of AHP, the use of expert scoring method to determine the weight, consistency test for analysis of the results, in order to build a comprehensive evaluation system.
