Special equipment is a vital type of infrastructure for national economy and people's daily life. The Safety of special equipment is directly related to human lives and properties,and is also related to the security of national economic operation and social stability. In the event of an accident, economy suffers and social consequences are grave. In the meantime, as the demand of safety, health and environment increases, the safety of special equipment is given more and more concern, and therefore, to safeguard the safety of special equipment, to improve the safety supervision of special equipment and to enhance the scientific level of special equipment safety supervision capacity and efficiency, has become a very valuable subject.This thesis systematically analyzed the domestic and foreign theories related to the risk assessment of special equipment, and adopted the analytic hierarchy process, which combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, to construct the risk evaluation system of special equipment safety supervision, based on the analysis of special equipment safety supervision status of our country, especially Guangzhou, and the problems existing in the supervisory work. The main content as follows:1. Detailed introduced related theory of the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and adopted AHP, which combines qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, to construct the risk evaluation system of special equipment safety supervision, based on the analysis of the special equipment safety supervision status of our country, especially Guangzhou, and the problems existing in the supervisory work.2. Summarized 11 key indicators of the risk assessment of special equipment safety supervision, by combining four risk factors that influence the special equipment safety, such as equipment itself, operation, human error operating and management, to provide the basis for establishing a set of universal risk evaluation index system of special equipment safety supervision.3. For the risk assessment of special equipment safety supervision involves indexes that are difficult to quantify, the author adopted fuzzy review with class distinction such as "completely accord with", "basically comply with", "does not conform to", "completely not accord with", divided layers of the risk assessment indexes of special equipment safety supervision, and with the data analysis of special equipment safety monitor in our country and especially in Guangzhou, adopts expert evaluation score to determine the index weight, level-oriented inspection, and to reach the comprehensive risk evaluation system in the end.4. Applied the risk evaluation system of special equipment safety supervision which based on AHP construction to the comprehensive evaluation of special equipment safety risk for a medium automobile manufacturers of Guangzhou, analyzed and classified the risk of the enterprise, drew the conclusion on the comprehensive evaluation level of the special equipment safety risk of the enterprise, and thus provided basis for the special equipment safety supervision department to supervise the pertinently special equipment and proved the validity and practicality of this method.
