More process will increase the cost and can not make the final selling price down, so only the mid-process get the benefit. Fruit farmer and the consumer are standing on each end of the industrial chain. The information between supply-demand and price is not applied rationally, so the farmer and consumer can not get the benefit they suppose to get. E-commerce makes it possible the direct communication between producing and selling.
