In the current world, knowledge source has distributed in decentralization and diversification. There is possibility that the developing country will become innovation birthplace. More and more multinational corporations set up research institute in China, and have been developing reverse innovation. Then the successful innovation from China diffuses to other countries including the developed country. Chinese enterprises are also facing the same problems:how to find, recognize and obtain distributed knowledge to innovate and transfer the innovation. Reverse innovation has been a new mode of international innovation activities, and perhaps it’s going to be new normality. The academic circles are paying more attention to reverse innovation, and the present articles are most cases description about multinational corporations of developed countries and research on key factors of Chinese domestic enterprises. But, it’s lack of inner mechanism research on reverse innovation of multinational corporations.This paper, firstly, inducts and summarizes the related research after making clear research goals of this paper. Then, it introduces the concept of reverse innovation space, and constructs the early research framework "innovation networks —— organizational learning reverse innovation space". The thirdly, according to the research topic, take the multinational subsidiaries in China as research samples, obtain effective data through multi channels, and code the data of the cases. Referring the result of the codes, modify and supplement the research framework, and find the model of reverse innovation space. And give further research on four subsystems. Through the whole research, this paper gives conclusions that:(1) The reverse innovation space of multinational corporations has dynamic growth from weak reverse innovation to strong reverse innovation. In the weak stage, the links of the reverse innovation is separated, the reverse innovation space is small; in the strong stage, the three links get deeper, and the relationship is more complicated and synergistic, the reverse innovation space increases.(2) The growth of reverse innovation space is influenced by organizational learning, innovation networks, the interaction between organizational learning and external networks and the linkage between organizational learning and internal networks. The external networks are the base of increasing reverse innovation space. The internal networks guarantee the increasing of reverse innovation. The enhancement of width, depth and strength of organizational learning is sufficient condition for the increasing of reverse innovation space, and makes the "probability" be practical for the increasing.Finally, this paper points out the limitation of data source and research method, and suggests some solutions. This paper achieves some research results on reverse innovation. And the conclusion has some practical significance to Chinese enterprises in reverse innovation.
