An Experimental Research On The Innovation Ability Of Industrial Cluster Based On The Innovation Network

Industrial cluster is the important driving force for improving the competitive ability of the industry as a whole and promoting the development of regional economy. It is also of great importance to a country’s economic development. Industry cluster’s promotion to economic depends on the development of industrial clusters.The better industrial cluster is,the stronger the promotion is and vice versa. Since industrial cluster innovation ability is one of the most core factors affecting the industrial cluster development, the research on industrial cluster innovation ability not only plays an important role in industrial development, but also has a certain significance for economic development.Previous researchers mainly make researches on industry innovation ability from the perspective of evolution, dynamic relationships, knowledge exchange and so on industry innovation ability,and few researchers studied from angle of innovation network.The only studies just explored the influence of innovation networks to industrial cluster innovation ability qualitatively, and no further study on the mechanisms behind this effect. Based on the cluster network structure of different types as the entry point and the introduction of the intervening variable between organizational learning at the same time, this thesis build the "cluster network structure-organizational learning-industrial cluster innovation ability" model from innovation network perspective and analyzed the mechanism of the impact of the cluster network structure through organizational learning to industrial clusters innovation ability.This thesis first comb the related literature of industrial cluster theory and the theory of industrial cluster innovation. Then, based on innovation network, inter-organizational learning and industrial cluster innovation ability theory, the author put forward the basic theory of hypothesis of this thesis, and make empirical study using the enterprises in the manufacturing industry cluster of Shenyang as sample data with the help of SPSS 17.0 software. The author found that The inter-organizational learninghas a completely intermediary role in thebetween central satellite type cluster network structure and the cluster innovation ability. The inter-organizational learning has apartialintermediary role in the between. the market-oriented type cluster network structure and the cluster innovation abilityThe intermediation effect of inter-organizational learning have realistic significance.The advantage of cluster network structure is reflected through inter-organizational learning effects and the cluster inter-organizational learning can ensure the cluster enterprises absorb and use new knowledge, new technology fully and transform it into the driving force by digesting and absorbing. It also needs government and enterprises to spare no efforts to create an inter-organizational learning atmosphere and build a knowledge exchange and technology innovation platform to promote industrial cluster innovation ability as a whole.
