Automobile aftermarket has gradually developed and grown promoted by a huge amount of car ownership, with the increasing popularity of automobile. As an emerging auto aftermarket service, auto fast-service chain model has got high-speed development in the domestic recently, mainly in order to meet consumer demand of convenience and professional. Scientific and rational payment system and professional and effective salary management system are support of auto fast-service chain enterprises which can also promote the auto aftermarket services more standardized.Through investigating and surveying auto fast-service chain, especially representative Beijing OOI Auto Service LTD, find that many payment system problems which include lack of fair and competitive, salary failing to work, performance assessment becoming formalistic and salary management system problems which include lack of suitable and effective management system software, existing information silos widely exist in fast-service chain. The focus of research is that, against problems of current salary management in auto fast-service chain, design more appropriate payment system in fast-service chain. On this basis, build a digital salary system which can assist users with managing salary, in order to make auto fast-service chain more standardized and regulated.In this paper, design payment system to apply to auto fast-service chain industry, with the methods of field research and relevant theoretical research analysis, by following standardized design flow of payment system. In this project, draw attention to the design of salary structure. Then, build a payment system suitable for fast-service chain under the guidance of salary theory, include profit sharing system for shop owner, the performance wage system for frontline staff, post wage system for back-office employees. Under the premise of no loss of business, inspire staff more effective, to achieve a win-win situation of enterprise and employees.For this payment system designing in this paper, design a digital salary system in accordance with the software engineering life cycle method and the modularization idea. In this paper, use MVC architecture to model and analyze, and use Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 as a development environment. What’s more, and use ADO data object access MySQL database. This digital system improve the staffs enthusiasm, define the reasonable basis for performance evaluation of compensation and realize the effective management mode between scientific management and information system combining repair chain enterprise and employees, via setting the calculation standard of floating salary legitimately, standard score of performance and increasing the evaluation criteria.It was initial implementation of payment system and using relevant digital salary system in enterprise’s target store that played great role. On the one hand, the stores can effectively to stimulate the enthusiasm of the staff, improve customer satisfaction, and then boost achievement. On the other hand, the digital salary system makes the salary management process standardized and regulated, and it can achieve information sharing. In result, the digital salary system develops the compensation management efficiency and make staff more passionate by digital and visualization.
