The impact of the domestic industries by financial crisis has gradually comeout in the past two years. For the construction enterprise, they are at the life anddeath moment, the disposable resources of the enterprise is limited. In order tomake the enterprise have further survival and development, they should rationalutilize human resources, which is the effective special resources. Salaryincentive is an important content of the modern human resources managem ent.An reasonable态 effective and scientific salary system for an enterprise canattract talents and retain talents, talent as the core competitiveness of theenterprise, there is must be an effectively and compensation system.Analyzes based on actual conditions of the DongHui company,this paperuse of human resources management related theory, combined with thearchitecture enterprise human resources management features and the companystrategy, to analysis and diagnosis the DongHui company human resource statusand salary system. It sums up that the DongHui company at present, salary andcompensation system is not sound competitive and incentive is not strong, whichis lack of fairness and human resources and salary adjustment system is notperfect. With making these problems being analyzed, it is clear that the DongHuicompany should use which kind of salary strategy and how to design andplanning the DongHui company salary system. After the completion of theoptimization of the structure of salary and compensation system, it make thesalary system principle clearly, and design a scheme to post salary, post as thebasic unit under the salary design, form the DongHui company overallcompensation system scheme, then put forward the implementing securitymeasures.Through this research, this paper provides the reference of more scientificfor the DongHui company human resource management and provide some help toovercome the actualitythat the salary system of the DongHui company incompetitiveness is insufficient and the talent of the current situations of liquidityat present. As a certain representation of the private enterprise in Heilongjiangand even the domestic construction industry, the pay system problem of theDongHui company for domestic part of the private family enterprise constructionindustry is of practical and guiding significance.
