With the rapid development of the banking industry and computer is widely used in the bank, the development of the bank is into the modern stage. But due to the defects of the organization and system establishment, commercial bank’s assets expanded rapidly and the development speed gradually speed up at the same time also facing many internal control problems. Therefore, it is necessary to build a whole set of perfect and reasonable system of internal control throughout the bank, for commercial banks to raise the level of internal control management, improve the quality of assets, ensure the operation of the business process specification, strengthen the consciousness of risk prevention and to promote comprehensive strength and core competitiveness improved.Based on the bank of H as the object of case study, we use the method of interview, questionnaire on the bank in the internal control system construction and system execution first-hand information effectively. Then by building a internal control evaluation system for the bank, we use the Analytic Hierarchy Process (ahp) and fuzzy mathematics method to evaluate the status quo of the bank’s internal control, analyzing the achievements and the existing problems and defects. Finally we can give suggestion for bank of H in internal control system architecture.The thesis has five parts. The first part includes research background, significance, ideas and methods. The second part discusses the development course, the basic theory of the internal control evaluation and literature review. In the third part, we design a internal control evaluation system for the bank of H, to evaluate its internal control through the Analytic Hierarchy Process and fuzzy evaluation method, including questionnaire profiles, data processing and analysis. The chapter 4 includes suggestions for bank of H in internal control system architecture. The fifth part includes outlook, and we put forward the creative point of this article and the future research direction.
