The wanton destruction of the environment, energy shortage, environmental quality declining, in the face of this situation, the community has priority environmental issues as the current task. Many environmental policies have come out in succession, the central authority to local government to respond positively to the call, vigorously promote the environmental protection work, but also the masses consciously participate in, consciously resist the high consumption of products, the promotion of healthy green lifestyle, which represents the new period of our country has already entered the energy saving and environmental protection.Energy saving and environmental protection of goods is the social development process, in order to carry out the ecological environmental protection activities and expand the scale of development and the development, close paragraph of time, this behavior has made substantial achievements, energy saving and environmental protection company in the process of market competition, shoulders the dual responsibility, not only to create a rich economic benefit, but also improve the ecological environment. Development of energy saving and environmental protection, is the product of social development.This treatise to urban public equipment of a sewage treatment plant as the research background, uses APP environmental protection enterprises as the research object, for the purpose of China’s environmental protection enterprises summarized the scientific environmental protection strategy, and unifies own actual, reasonable use of energy efficiency, promote the improvement of ecological environment, and to explore the feasibility of the measures to open market sales., expand market sales channels, and then realizing the maximization of economic benefits, and achieve common development of economic profit and environmental protection.This treatise to the sewage treatment equipment of environmental protection of APP company as the research model, with government regulators as the investigation object, take the SWOT theory analysis method, through the combination of theoretical model and practical activity way, analyzes the internal and external environment, the opportunities and challenges of the company, and take the dynamic nature of the STP sales measures. It defines that the enterprises in the competitive market position, and combined with the practical analysis of the enterprise sales strategy advantage and defect, and more in-depth analysis. Finally, summed up the concrete suggestions for improving the sales strategy, namely, the scientific use of STP and customer lifetime value theory, thus creating a more abundant economic benefits for the enterprise, save marketing principal, promote the common development of the sales profit and ecological environment.
