In the contemporary natural world, blue sky, fresh air, clean water, healthy fruits and vegetables are playing a significant role, which have become the intense desire for environmental protection and the hope for a greener lifestyle! Nowadays, the amount of natural resource is reducing; the natural environment is being severely destructed and the weather is becoming more and more abominable. However, the government of China is paying highly attention to this phenomenon, making great efforts to popularize the environmental protection knowledge among people. Furthermore, the civil are gradually raising their awareness of environmental protection. With the announcement of "Environmental Protection Plan" in "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" and "Twelve Five-Year Plan", the local environmental policies have been issued. In addition, a large amount of the national relevant fund and human capital have been invested in the community. The definition of energy conservation and emission reduction, which the public are calling for, is that the economic development shouldn’t be at the expense of the environment. All in all, the various events indicate that the era of energy saving is coming.Under the trend of state planning and local environmental policy, the energy saving products are in line with the social civilization and the need for energy saving. Consequently, the energy conservation products will process a remarkable future in this industry. However, the energy saving enterprises are faced with the fierce competition from not only the internal but also external environment. Moreover, it still shoulders the social responsibilities and expectations. As a result, it is exactly a new opportunity and challenge for those energy saving corporations. So, how can the energy saving companies recognize the situation in order to go with the tide of modern society to get the rapid development?In this paper, I’ll take urban public facilities, ecological public washroom industry with environmental protection, as background and the W energy conservation corporation for example. The purpose is to help the environmental companies like W’s to analyze the current environmental policy and market circumstances so as to face their own strengths and weaknesses to have a better integration of the limited resources and to shoulder the corporate social responsibility, finding the suitable marketing strategy for their own development. In addition, this thesis aims at a more effective marketing strategies and promotional methods so as to contribute organizations to achieve a higher environmental economic benefit and social benefit.In addition to this, the W Energy Saving Corporation is taken as an example and the environmental protection public washroom is considered as a product. What’s more, the relevant management sector of government is regarded as the target customers. In the meanwhile, the SWOT theories and models are adopted to analyze the internal and external competitive environment, opportunities and risky factors synthetically, combining the dynamic marketing strategy with the strategic analysis in order to face up to the W company’s current marketing position and analyse the existing advantages and disadvantages including drawbacks in W Company with some deeper analysis. In conclusion, it is recommended that we should use the STP and the theory of customer lifetime value (CLV) reasonably so as to help the organization improve its marketing strategies effectively and achieve the established corporate strategies. That is to say, it will enable the corporate to reduce costs and promote sales, and finally achieve the enterprise’s economic and social benefits.
